Globalability: The Key to Customs Union EAC certification

Introduction

Do you export or expect to export to Customs Union? Spend a half day with UL to learn how to identify and comply with product regulations in Customs Union, then leverage the similarities and differences among this market to develop a compliance strategy that can deliver the results you're looking for. This workshop will help you to understand the principal requirements of certification and approvals related to Eurasian Economic Community (EAC) certification; get essential facts about different Technical regulations applied for certification in Customs Union. We will provide deep analysis of technical regulations 004/2011 ”Safety of Low voltage equipment”, 020/2011 ‘EMC of technical devices”, 010/2011 “Safety of machine and industrial equipment”. You will also be given UL's latest information about current or pending product legislation, Customs union standards and development of harmonization initiatives. Then, taking all of these factors into account, you'll be able to identify if your product would require an EAC certification and understand how to proceed with the safety assessment.

This workshop focuses on electrical safety, EMC regulations, other technical requirements for household, commercial electrical products and industrial equipment. It does not cover regulations pertaining specifically to the compliance areas of medical and telecom equipment.
