Introduction

In this one-day workshop, participants will learn the requirements for exporting Hazardous Locations (potentially explosive atmospheres) equipment to Europe and beyond. The course covers the terminology, acronyms, abbreviations, and marking requirements and will be a solid foundation in the language, requirements, and manufacturer’s responsibilities found in the ATEX Directive, IECEx scheme, IN METRO System, and specific country requirements.
