Seminar Overview

This seminar is aimed at offering an overview of the United States legal system in terms of the manufacturer’s liability (providing practical examples and also comparisons with the European legal system) in order to enable the participants to understand the relevant US laws and their impact on business.

The participants will be able to improve their knowledge as far as the development and marketing of products is concerned and of the techniques which may be employed in order to minimize the risks associated with the introduction of a product into the US
