UL’s Qualified Contractor Program: Management System Elements

This one-hour self-paced course is designed to help organize and streamline your efforts in developing your management system to comply with UL’s Qualified Contractor Program Requirements.   The course begins by highlighting the benefits of becoming a UL Qualified Contractor and describes the two requirements for the Program: a knowledge assessment through the Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) exam and the management system assessment through an audit of your management system. The bulk of the course details the ten elements that are required in a management system that meets the UL Qualified Contractor Program Requirements.  Each of the ten elements is covered in detail to assist you in developing, improving and implementing your own management system.  This course can be repeatedly accessed for use as a reference tool.
