Semiconductor Certified Functional Safety Professional Training According to ISO 26262: 2018 Overview


Description

This course first provides an overview of ISO 26262:2018, then covers all key topics discussed in the new Part 11 of ISO 26262, which specifically provides guidelines on the application of ISO 26262 to semiconductor devices.  The training includes application of these guidelines to various semiconductor technologies and discussion of the different types of safety analyses that are appropriate for use with semiconductor devices, such as Failure Mode, Effects, and Diagnostics Analysis (FMEDA) and Dependent Failure Analysis (DFA).  Exercises and examples are used within the presentation to show how the requirements and concepts of the standard are applied.

    • Mixed-signal ICs
  • Conduct safety analyses relevant to semiconductor devices, such as Failure Mode, Effects, and Diagnostics Analysis (FMEDA) and Dependent Failure Analysis (DFA)
